Developing More Awareness!

It’s about developing as much awareness as we can. Understanding and noticing all about the feeling of what’s going on inside the body.  It’s about developing as much awareness as we can of our physical structure. Any tension that we’re feeling, any movement, any tingling, or any vibration, any movement of anything at all, it's about bringing our full awareness to the inside of the body to experience what can I feel inside! The breath has been breathing, the same way every day since you’ve been born. Every minute, the breath is just gonna happen and this is why the breath is so powerful for developing Presents because when you just focus on the sensation of the breath, the incoming breath, the outgoing breath, the incoming breath, the outgoing breath when you just focus on that and nothing but that you’re gonna notice that everything else becomes irrelevant. 


Bonus: Self-Awareness Questions:

  • Am I allowing outside forces resources to distract me from accomplishing my mission?
  • Am I still talking about what I am going to accomplish, or am I speaking my thoughts into existence and making it my reality right now?
  • Have I done the things that are necessary to align me with the path that the highest has created me to follow?
  • Are you working on a job that you hate going into, but you do it because you need the money for survival and you fear without that joy you will be able to make it?
  • Are you still in a relationship that is causing you a Dell use of stress, worrying, and making you mentally and physically sick?
  • Why am I still holding on to things and people that are not beneficial towards me accomplishing my goals and what my creator has planned for me?
  • What is more imperative, is it for me to remain in a relationship with someone that's keeping me on a lower level of vibration; or to detach that negative person and those negative emotions and work on accomplishing my dreams and goals?


Becoming more Present?

Presence is Silence. Silence is Presence! When you are present, you become silent within when we fantasize, think or worry about the future we lose presents. We sacrifice the moment so that we can have an imaginary future whether that’s good or bad presents is stillness when we have a thought about the past, we become active there’s no longer silence within when you have a thought you move you might not move physically but when you have a thought your energy moves when you have a thought, form a shape happens and a movement happens, every thought is a movement it’s a disturbance of the peace now. 


When you have
Silence and Stillness, within this is really what Presence is all about. Presence is Awareness, if you’re having a thought and this thought is very consuming.  You’re not going to be aware of what’s happening around you. The thought is taking your energy.  The thought is your focus point. Take away the distraction, the thoughts when you become silent and still Awareness, becomes the dominant state. Awareness is a quality of the infinite field. When you connect with awareness, you connect with Witness. We become the observer of what is going on in the Present moment.


I know you might wanna you might not feel like every time you have a thought your disturbing the peace right, but the truth is when you have a thought that create a movement I’m sure you’ve heard the expression where attention goes energy flows when you have a thought your attention goes in a direction and whether that’s a thought about the past or the future. Create a movement, I’m sure you’ve heard the expression where Attention goes energy flows. When you have a thought, your Attention goes in the direction and whether that’s a thought about the past or thought about the future your Attention moves with that thought. As soon as you start having thoughts, there’s movement. There’s an energy change. So presence is silence. When you have silence and stillness, you have awareness. Your Awareness will increase with silence and stillness within..


What are the ways that you can develop more presents? 

 1. One reason to bring more Presents- is by focusing on the breath. breathe through your nose and through your mouth if you want.

2. I recommend you breathe in through your nose and out through your nose. 

3. Practice of focusing on your breath and I mean focusing on it following the breath in and out. It’s important to do it with your eyes closed because if your eyes are open, you can be distracted by what’s going on around you. If you take away the vision now, you can focus much easier, so focusing on your breath with your eyes closed.

4 . The last thing we’re going to do to try to develop more presents is to focus on an object. Like a flame of a candle: observe it, try not to blank your eyes, absorb it becoming it.
